What's a credit? +
Every render spends credits. The cost depends on the video's length, format and quality. Higher-quality minutes cost more.
How does billing work? +
Securely through Stripe. Choose monthly or yearly. Yearly saves about two months.
Do unused credits roll over? +
Yes. On a monthly plan, unused credits roll into the next month (your balance holds up to 2× your monthly credits). On a yearly plan, credits accumulate across your whole billing year.
What happens when I upgrade? +
It applies immediately: you're charged the new plan's price, your billing cycle restarts and you get the new plan's full monthly credits, with unused credits carried over on top.
What if I downgrade or cancel? +
Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. A downgrade then moves you to the lower plan and keeps unused credits; cancelling drops you to Free and unused paid credits expire.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly? +
Yes. Switching to yearly applies right away and carries your unused credits over. Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of your paid year.
What if I run low on credits? +
Upgrade for a bigger monthly allowance, or wait for your next renewal to top back up.
How many videos can I render at once? +
Starter renders one at a time, Creator two and Studio five. At your limit, let one finish before starting another, or upgrade for more.
